We respect confidential information entrusted to us by clients and candidates. Confidential information will be protected and suitably handled according to strict procedures. A candidate's authorization will be at all times required before disclosing his/her data to our client, any other third party and for reference checks.


We provide our clients with clear, prompt and accurate information regarding the progress of a search and the final results are presented in a written report. We also give our candidates feedback regarding the status of their application for a specific executive search assignment.


We serve our clients loyally and protect their interests when performing assignments. Consequently, the whole Client's organization is off limits for us.
