Frequently Asked Questions

How confidential can you keep a search?

Our standard procedure is that we mention the individual name of our client in a personal interview with a candidate, who seems to be suitably qualified and interested. In extremely confidential cases, clients might ask us not to disclose their name to candidates. They would like to review the CV of potential candidates. In such a case, we have to get the approval from potential candidates, that they allow us to pass on their personal data to our client, which we described to them generally, but without the name. In such cases, a higher percentage of contacted candidates will not be interested than in projects with standard confidentiality.
