Management Audit

Management Audit

A Management Audit gives a systematic overview and insight on information about the management potential of an organization. Typical reasons for a management audit are changes of the strategic orientation, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and succession planning.

Phases of a professional management audit:

  • Definition of future requirements
  • Evaluation of present situation
  • Development of evaluation instruments
  • The evaluation process
  • Analysis, results and recommendations
  • Feedback for participants

In the course of a management audit, several people are evaluated. This includes the individual evaluation, the evaluation in the context of the team as well as some cross checking.

Depending on the purpose and complexity of a management audit, we cooperate with external partners (e.g. companies specialized in tests).
